Identify training needs, conduct sessions, and ensure high-quality training datasets. Perform evaluations and implement improvement plans. Conduct regular QA checks, identify process gaps, and improve workflows to enhance quality. Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely, within-budget project delivery. Manage resources and monitor performance metrics. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates to senior management
