Type of Work : • Create care plans • Educate and counsel families • Provide specialized nursing care Requirements : • Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of KY. • Minimum one-year direct patient care required. • Minimum one year home health experience strongly preferred. • Reliable transportation and company required auto liability insurance.
