Minimum Requirements: • Active RN licensure in Indiana. • At least one year of recent home health experience. • Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association. • Proficiency with HCHB, Oasis, and Outlook is preferred. • Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is beneficial. Position Details: • Engage in fulfilling home-to-home responsibilities within the Bloomington, IN area. • Full-time role, 40 hours per week, scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Bloomington. • Comprehensive benefits package available for eligible candidates.
