Registered Nurse Case Manager Laconia, NH $38-$43/HR Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager based out of our Laconia NH office. The Registered Nurse Case Manager position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.
