Exhibits excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them accordingly. Responsibility

The task of building better-performing schools requires the unflagging commitment of senior operations leaders that are willing to embrace the urgency and excitement of this important work. The DOO is responsible for overseeing essential aspects of the school such as facilities maintenance, financial management, transportation, food service, enrollment management, and fostering positive student and staff culture. The DOOs must be held accountable for their performance metrics to ensure the achievement of the organization's objectives. Utilize tools like Operations Dashboard, Operations Inspections, and Mid-Year Evaluations to measure progress and offer support to enhance performance. Utilize effective communication strategies, such as virtual meetings or standard communication channels, to ensure cross-regional collaboration in the initiation and implementation of operations initiatives. Help in the recruitment, training, leadership, and evaluation of operations personnel, particularly the DOO and school-based operations teams, through close coordination and collaboration. Serve as a model of excellence and professionalism to your team, inspiring them to strive for greatness and reach new heights of success and accomplishment. Foster harmonious relationships with Regional Superintendents of Operations throughout Uncommon to facilitate the consistent implementation of school operations goals. Operate in unison with Regional Superintendents of Instruction to improve Principal/DOO co-leader teamwork. Cooperate with the regional education support team to develop and execute different regional initiatives and systems, including enrollment administration, child nutrition plans, and government reporting standards. Bridge the gap between schools and Home Office units to intelligently identify issues and devise sustainable solutions
