Responsibility

As part of our expanding and successful organization, Regional Sales Managers will play a crucial role in leading and guiding our dynamic teams. This position entails driving annual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) by providing effective leadership and direction to the field team. Lead clinic teams to best practice excellence throughout their region. Identify below average performance, analyze, and correct to achieve better than average results. Establish high performance work groups through leadership, coaching, counseling, and mentoring. Develop bench strength for next level positions. Lead and manage the quarterly performance process. Participate and make decisions on the selection of Clinic Managers. Lead and oversee the regional Training Managers and travel team. Foster a culture of world class customer service. Maintain a strong partnership with the Medical division
