We look out for our team and each other. Front Desk management, greeting and welcoming guests, incoming/outgoing mail. Inbound calls greeting, routing, working with clients on all forms of communication and administrative needs. Internal administrative support for Partners and team members. Client onboarding, secure document handling and electronic file storage. Expert on using technology, office equipment, and computer software of all types. Help support professional office appearance, supplies, meetings, office equipment

Job Details: • Full-time and on-site only. • Standard hours 9:00am-5:00pm. • You will need flexibility in your work hours (evenings/weekends), January-April, October, and as needed. • Competitive salary will be negotiable based upon your experience.
