Registered Nurse - Case Management - Travel Nursing in Albuquerque, NM Registered Nurse - Case Management - Travel Nursing We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Case Management for a travel nursing position in Albuquerque, NM. Job Details • Estimated Weekly Salary: $2380 - $2550 • Duration: 13-week contract • Start Date: February 17, 2025 • Shift: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, varied start times beginning at 8am • Location: Albuquerque, NM • Employment Type: Travel Nursing • On-Site: Yes Job Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of current experience in Case Management • At least one previous 13-week travel nursing assignment • Inpatient/Acute Care Experience (minimum, current 12-months) required • BLS certification required (American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross) • EPIC EMR experience required • Must adhere to the 75-mile straight line radius rule (no local travelers) • Two references required, one from a current manager Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive case management services to patients • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care • Adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment and be flexible with departmental needs • Float to other areas as needed within the scope of practice • Participate in the orientation and training, including EPIC training • Work varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required Apply now to join our healthcare team in Albuquerque and make a difference in patient care!
