Day to day: Our client is looking to add a temporary IT Admin to their team remotely. The client has a backlog of tickets from switching tenants that need to be cleared out. Their current team has a member that is currently on a leave of absence which doesn't allow the team the bandwidth to handle this on top of their daily task. There are clearly documented processes on how to do everything in this role so it is important that this resource has demonstrated the ability to follow directions and ask questions when clarification is needed. This person will be responsible for: • Working in the ticket queue of terminated IDs • Creating distribution groups in O365 • Adding and removing licenses • Creating new users
