Ahead together with tailored training and career development Over 3 rotations, our Future Leaders graduate program will: • Challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally • Give you stretch rotations • Provide the opportunity to network and increase your visibility with senior leaders who will mentor or coach you and support you with planning your rotations • Improve your technical skills while gaining valuable on the job leadership experience • Give you a generous personal development budget to accelerate your learning & grow your technical, professional, personal or leadership skills • Provide Kaizens – a short-term breadth project which could give you international exposure What will you do? • Spend time in a quality testing laboratory at one of our Manufacturing sites - developing a solid foundation in the skills of the trade  • You may learn about raw materials, finished products, sterility and environmental testing • Gain an understanding about quality control - learning how the different elements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process interact and how to make smart decisions to ensure the quality of our products • Build your knowledge of our medicines and dosage forms as well as your industry regulatory knowledge • Work with our external supply team or with our local operating companies. You may be part of a cross functional team to introduce new products or testing methods • The opportunity to work in quality systems or quality analytics • Discover how manufacturing, the quality function, technical services and supply chain work together • Develop business & process understanding • Gain valuable people management experience or exposure • Learn about the challenges of working in a highly regulated and controlled environment • Whatever you do, you will be developing a strong career foundation and growing your understanding of the vital role of Quality in GSK.
