Quality Assurance Lead – Part-Time (Austin, TX) Company: Keepers US Inc. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. Job Description: The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for performing spot checks on cleaning jobs at various short-term rental properties across the Austin area, ensuring that all tasks meet our quality standards. This position requires someone tech-savvy and comfortable using a MacBook, Google Docs, and AI tools as part of their day-to-day tasks. As a key player on our team, you will: • Conduct spot checks of completed cleaning jobs at rental properties • Provide feedback and communicate with housekeepers if any issues arise during a spot check • Familiarize yourself with the documents and expectations for each cleaning job • Act as a liaison between the company and cleaners regarding cleaning-related issues • Train new housekeepers and document their progress • Drive your personal vehicle to various rental properties for spot checks (must have a vehicle) • Maintain a high level of communication and professionalism through our dashboard and on calls What We Offer: • $2,500 monthly compensation • Gas stipend of $150 per month • Potential to transition to a full-time position with negotiated pay after 60–90 days • Three weeks of office training (9am – 3pm), with flexibility for spot checks on some days • This role could evolve into a hybrid position with the option to work from home, along with periodic spot checks • Expected to come into the office at least two days a week after training is accomplished • Opportunity to work in a tech-savvy startup environment closely with the founder • Gain hands-on experience with innovative technology Requirements: • Must have your own vehicle for performing spot checks • Comfortable using a MacBook, Google Docs, and AI tools • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies • Excellent communication skills to interact with housekeepers and property hosts • Ability to perform spot checks between Austin-area rental properties • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Additional Information: This is a part-time role to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. While the job is not overly demanding at first, it will eventually pick up, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on a more permanent role.
