Responsibility
The QC/Admin facilitates the efficient operation of the organization by performing a variety of tasks. Maintain and reviews QC documentation, and performs periodic checks on production lines. Provides administrative support to operations and support teams. Maintains files, CRM entries, and archives of relevant records. Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, travel, and other group activities. Welcomes and assists visitors to the Dallas office; accepts and routes mail and packages. Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging. Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
