Text “READY” to 81555 to download JobStack and get started todayPay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $17 - $22 / hour*What you'll be doing as a Purchasing Admin:Help to maintain supply of non-inventory materials needed for warehouse operationsResponsible for vendor management in the Epicor systemWork with team to ensure all deliveries satisfy the assigned ordersPurchase order review to ensure accuracy with the BuyerManagement of supplier delivery schedulesWork with Operations Mgr & Buyer to develop and maintain part data maintenanceWork with Operations Mgr & Production Planning Team to accurately enter BOM/MOMResolution of discrepancies with shipments and invoicesProvide spreadsheet analysis for incoming inventory planning to maintain inventory levelsFollow-up with suppliers to ensure timely shipment and receipt of ordersHandle and reconcile receiving and invoicing issuesHelp all manufacturing & operations departments as neededAvailable shifts:Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)Job requirements:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with a strong sense of urgencyAbility to communicate efficiently and effectively, to facilitate positive communication between intercompany departmentsComfortable with changeSelf-motivated with the ability to manage functions independentlyStrong organizational skills for follow-upExperience with Epicor a plusPossess problem solving skills to resolve and mitigate issuesSelf-motivated and self-directedProficient Excel & Office computer skillsReady to take control of the way you work?Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today. *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
