We are currently seeking a skilled Punch Carpenter to join our residential construction team! The ideal candidate will have experience in punch carpentry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Pay: $25.00-$30.00 plus bonus! Responsibilities: • Perform punchout work at the end of a home to ensure all items are complete and up to quality standards. • Perform carpentry work, sheet rock repair, paint touch up. • Maintain clean and organized job sites. Requirements: • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. • Knowledge of tools and equipment used in carpentry/punch work. • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality work. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 Per Year
