Responsibility

Work with Team Leads and Client(s) to:. Assess and perform current state process mapping. Able to establish recommendations for changes to procedure documentation. Create and maintain gap analysis detail reporting. Designs future state processes including process improvement, redesign and transformation. Communicates effectively with team members, and management. Identifies opportunities for automation. Provide POAM & Timeline Assistance. Review and document POAM with project lead. Create timeline in government preferred format (have used Visio) and sync to POAM each time changes occur in POAM. Project Workbook (tool used with multiple spreadsheets to manage project activities, stakeholder list, contacts, locations, meetings, etc). Work with project leads to review and update on a weekly basis. Create Level of Effort (LOE) Tracking and estimation. Maintain weekly LOE and provide complete estimation for Quad Chart reporting. Create Draft contract monthly deliverables/biweekly status report and deliver to program manager (PM). Collect monthly input on Monthly Progress Report (MPR) and Quad Chart. Track Team input of MPR and work closely with the PM to make sure it is submitted timely. Keep track and provide access to Team folders for consultation projects, deliverables, training tracker, team roaster, Government tasker tracker, project lessons learned log. Provide forecasting, tracking, and updating the commitments, obligations, and expenditure data on the budget. Produce financial reporting for the MPR and present it at monthly briefings. Review and approve travel expense reports. Review and approve consultant, subcontractor and government client invoices. Produce and submit Subcontractor Expenditure Report. Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Looking to hire a Project Associate/ Business Process Engineer to support our Defense Health contract. This position is fully remote.
