Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated ability to research and analyze data in order to reach logical conclusions and prepare routine reports. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and to make mathematical calculations rapidly and accurately. Working knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to prepare routine financial reports and statements. Demonstrated ability to set up and maintain automated and manual filing systems. Working knowledge of policies and procedures related to inmate records maintenance and processes. Demonstrated ability to create spreadsheets to track data.
