Responsibility
Reporting to the Director, Gateway to Innovation, The Grant Program Assistant’s essential function is to perform routine to complex clerical and technical accounting grants management functions including monitoring financial administration such as accounting procedures to track expenditures, maintaining adequate internal control systems, assisting with financial audits, perform budget analysis, coordinate and gather student activity is tracked efficiently, prepare reports, monitor compliance with grant regulations, summarize and report the result of grant activities. This is a part-time grant-funded position
