BDR is seeking a Program Analyst to join our growing team! This position will be performed virtually from the individual's home office working on EST time schedule. Desired Skills and Qualifications: • ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4 Certification(s) • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow ESM platform and its capabilities is highly desired. • ServiceNow Certification(s) in any modality is highly desired. • PMP, CAPM Certifications are a plus.
