Job Description: We are looking for a professional and experienced cleaning dynamo to join our Charlotte team, part-time. As a residential cleaner, you and your assistant will work to clean multiple units in luxury apartment buildings daily. This approach reduces travel time and maximizes your income potential. As we grow, you'll grow with us! Responsibilities: • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned units, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations. • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special requests. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in residential cleaning. • Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle. • English fluency. • Your own cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaner. • Recruit your own assistant. • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Day shift, no weekends. • Part-time Compensation: • $40 - $65 per one hour clean for 2 person team. • Bonus opportunities, increased base rate on performance, and tips.
