We offer paid training and onsite mentorship to help you succeed in this role. Shift Options: • Monday – Friday (Some Saturday overtime will be mandatory) • A Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM ($20.80/hr) • B Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM ($21.84/hr) • C Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM ($22.88/hr) Production Assembler Responsibilities: • Assemble parts and components accurately and carefully • Perform quality checks to identify and resolve any product defects • Adjust machinery and equipment to meet work order requirements and ensure smooth operation • Maintain accurate inventory and measurement records • Operate warehouse machinery when necessary • Collaborate with your team to meet production goals • Lift up to 25 pounds as part of your daily tasks We offer excellent benefits to support you, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay (every Friday), referral bonus opportunities, employee discount programs, onsite cafeteria, lockers, and holiday parties.
