Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to support open source sales initiatives Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to drive business growth Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support decision making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities Monitor and report on the financial performance of open source sales initiatives Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform financial strategies Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to open source technology and sales finance.
