Responsibility

Manages all aspects of responses to requests for quotes, Tenders, and bids pertaining to ocean accounts. The role's primary focus is quotations for all exports and Asia Pacific trade imports;. Arranges for intermodal transport;. Works with Global and U.S. regional teams to represent the needs and interests of the U.S. in any requests for quotes discussions as needed;. Maintains all records of completed and pending requests for quotes and measurements of pricing awards;. Utilize financial tools required to assess customer profitability and decision-making better;. Utilize and maintain reporting/data integrity for both internal and external reporting needs;. Partner with all departments to maintain pricing sheets on main lanes for ocean freight for quick turnaround of quotes that encourage higher sale values, conversation rates, margin rates, and customer satisfaction
