The Opportunity • Act as the operational administrator for the Hospital Medicine leadership and as the interface for the practice to the hospital and community. • Act as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital C-Suite, nursing leadership, nursing staff, and Vituity support team. • As applicable to the site practice, responsible for all aspects of the site clinical schedules to ensure adequate coverage with no disruption to patient care. • Provide administrative support to the site medical director and site management team. Required Experience and Competencies • Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting. • Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Experience working in the healthcare field is preferred. We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $19.78 - $24.73, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance.
