The PolicyStat Site Administrator has oversight of the functionality of the electronic policy management system. The administrator is responsible for the general maintenance of the program, including assignment of all functional roles in the system including Guest, Staff, User, Owner, Collaborator, Approver, Area Editor, Area Manager, and Site Administrator. All permissions in the system are assigned and managed by the Site Administrator. In addition, he/she is an adjunct to senior administrative staff, aiding in the executives’ effectiveness through the performance of assigned duties, which include special projects and reports, preparation for and reporting on meetings, calendar management and scheduling, correspondence, filing, telephones, travel logistics, and other responsibilities as needed.
