Monday-Friday schedule • Provider must be prepared to complete an average of 8 assessments per day (however you may end up seeing less) • Guaranteed daily rate of $600 regardless of cancellations. • All travel and lodging will be covered (airfare, hotel, and rental car) • Provider must be willing to work for a full month (excluding holidays). • Provider must be willing to travel within the state ( in most states the assessments are in large metro areas) • No longer paper charting. Each provider will receive an iPad (or you can use your own if it is an iPad 3rd generation) to complete the assessments ( will need to return) • New software that uses GEO mapping. This ensures the assessments are closer in proximity to each other and allows for less travel time in between. • Time cards will be submitted through Staff Care’s website “ The Service Connection”. • Provider will be responsible for their own gasoline. • Opportunity starts September 2013 and goes through the end of the year • You will need to credential with Staff Care (if you are not already), you will complete a 30 minute online training for the assessments and another 30 min training on the application for the tablet.
