Schedule: Weekday evenings and weekend availability Pay: $15.75 (admin rate, position is commission based). 40-50% commission Shift: Part-time Main Responsibilities • Coordinate own schedule based on client needs • Perform Fitness Assessments • Design and administer exercise programs that fit members goals, health history, and fitness level. • Develop and implement small group personal training classes. • Perform fitness assessments. • Design custom fitness programs for clients' goals and health histories. • Build strong client relationships while managing your own schedule. Qualifications • A nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA preferred) • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications • Experience in a health club or private fitness facility preferred • Experience in training sales and client retention a plus • Flexible availability for weekday evenings and weekends.
