From recruitment and training to compliance, payroll, and employee relations—you’ll be the go-to for all things People & Culture! What You’ll Do: As the Manager, People & Culture, you will: • Build trusted relationships with employees, offering guidance and support throughout their careers. • Oversee the full spectrum of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. • Partner with leadership to create and align on company-wide strategies. • Foster an inclusive, positive work environment where employees feel valued and empowered. • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. • Plan employee events and internal communication strategies, contributing to a thriving company culture. What We’re Looking For: • 2-5+ years of experience in hospitality-focused Human Resources or People Operations • Strong attention to detail, with an innate passion for process-building and project management. • A natural ability to connect with people and maintain high emotional intelligence. • Proven experience in developing and managing people-related strategies, from recruitment to team development. • A positive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to wear multiple hats. • A proactive approach, anticipating team and organizational needs before they arise. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
