Looking for outgoing, energetic candidates who can provide great customer service in a fun and clean working environment. Past retail experience recommended but not required. Duties include cashiering, creating balloon bouquets, merchandising, stocking merchandise and some cleaning and organizing. Mostly just have part-time daytime hours available 10 to 15 hours per week with occasionally more available. Need Friday daytime availability at the very least. Party America is a locally owned and operated business. Can apply online or stop in to fill out an application in store. Qualifications - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members - Prior experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role - Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customers - Familiarity with POS systems and merchandising techniques - Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount Shift: • 4 hour shift • Day shift • Morning shift Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
