Responsibility
In this job role, will need to revise the invoice into a commercial invoice for import, which will require critical thinking to make the numbers / math work. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to staff members. Process incoming orders. Process purchase orders, sales orders and invoices. Prepare shipments for shipping carrier. Prepare importing documents. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders, as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls. Assist with training development and implementation. Maintain and update files, records, and databases

Part-Time Office Administrator for this importer/wholesaler in the Irvine Spectrum. The Ideal Candidate will be self-motivated and be a good communicator, with strong attention to detail and a passion for organizing. This is an ON-SITE position. Temporary to Hire OR Direct Hire consideration: Pay rate range $23-26/hr depending on experience. Three (3) days a week, 8 hours each day (24 hours/week total) working on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (Typical hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch).
