Responsibility
In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing customized care plans that nurture the whole person&;mind, body, and spirit. Your responsibilities include providing impeccable care to clients, assisting with scheduled activities, and managing overall care. Your approach should mirror that of treating clients like family, consistently going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life. Delivering exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes. Assisting in executing comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans. Completing daily tasks in a safe and professional manner, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Providing personal companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client, offering ongoing social and emotional support. Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation. Prioritizing order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times. Providing transportation to and from appointments as needed. Performing administrative functions, such as documenting the completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
