Job Description: • The Outside Sales Representative will identify potential and prospective business including key contacts. Maintain constant or consistent communication with prospective clients. • The Outside Sales Representative will maintain updated records of accounts through the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS). • The Outside Sales Representative will oversee account management for transportation brokerage clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. Requirements: • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in transportation or logistics space. • Strong logistics operations knowledge and experience is preferred, e.g. FCL/LCL sales, and/or 3rd Party Logistics (3PL). • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently and in a team. • Proficient in MS Office and business software. Location: This is an inside sales role, reporting to a Wakefield, MA office 5 days a week with no flexibility to work remotely or hybrid. Job #5133 Base: $65,000 to $70,000 Total Comp: $100,000 to $120,00
