Responsibility
The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for selling a wide variety of our building products through the achievement of opportunity-based sales. The Outside Sales Rep will reach business targets through effective management of designated territories and physical visits to customer and contractor sites and locations. The Outside Sales Rep will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain professionalism, integrity, passion, and top shelf communication to both internal and external customers. Ensure delivery of target sales by meeting with customers and maintaining relationships. Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential. Analyze plans and trends to ensure best assignment of territories, clients, and service distribution. Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in industry networks, and growing lasting client relationships. Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volumes and forecasting. Remain relevant with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand shifts, and product mix.
