The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering training and development programs for all staff within the organization. This role acts as a liaison and advisor to leadership, facilitating initiatives that enhance staff performance and align with the organization's goals. Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance effectiveness. Identifies and incorporates best practices into program plans. Designs and develops training programs for management and employees. Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans. Reviews evaluations of training courses and assesses effectiveness in terms of staff performance. Trains employees in HR issues and practices. Presents course materials and reinforces the onboarding vision for new staff. Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to enhance staff job performance and overall company performance. Manages staff success through performance management systems and career planning
