As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our restaurant locations and driving business results through effective HR practices. The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Requirements: - 3+ years of Human Resources Business Partnering experience. - Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and experience in compliance. - Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent professional experience required. - Experience with onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits. - Knowledge of HRIS system (UltiPro) proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
