As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our restaurant locations and driving business results through effective HR practices. The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders and managers on various HR matters, including talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, compensation, training and development, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations, retention initiatives, and other HR support activities critical to the business. - Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies and programs to attract, develop, reward, and retain exceptional talent. - Support the development and execution of HR initiatives, including performance appraisals, goal setting, compensation, and recognition programs. Requirements: - 3+ years of Human Resources Business Partnering experience. - Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and experience in compliance. - Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent professional experience required. - Experience with onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits. - Knowledge of HRIS system (UltiPro) proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
