Capstone Logistics is hiring for Order Processing Clerk • Handle clerical tasks to assist in warehouse operations and coordinate site management duties. • Input daily operational information into the Capstone systems with attention to detail. • Coordinate the shipment process to the corporate office and manage return-related communication with proficiency. • Aid in the upkeep of efficient and well-managed office and warehouse spaces. • Work alongside team members and management to ensure the seamless functioning of daily operations. • Respect safety protocols and strive to keep your workspace clean and orderly. • Assignments as required by the leaders in charge. Qualifications: • Acquisition of a document signifying high school completion or a similar achievement. • Applicants with a background in administrative or clerical work are preferred. • - Proficiently uses Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, highlighting strong computer abilities. • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision. • Displays excellent abilities in organization and multitasking with ease. • Proficient at collaborating in a team with varied backgrounds and possessing excellent interpersonal skills. • Having the skill to remain standing or seated for long periods and be able to navigate the warehouse as required. • Being able to modify operations according to evolving needs is vital.
