Proficient knowledge of creating financial reports (PDF), charts, pivots, dashboards, books, batches, snapshot reports, comments etc., using Narrative Reporting. Proficient in managing incidents, managing changes, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, performance tuning activities. Ability to support month-end reporting cycles, including occasional off-business hours. Familiarity with Finance and Accounting principles. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective and autonomous problem-solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage professionally with individuals at all levels. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work accurately and on time. Effective in responding to inquiries from management and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external contacts. Keen sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks with strict deadlines. Responsibility

As a key member of PIMCO's Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Oracle EPM System Administrator will take ownership of our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical health, efficiency, and effectiveness of the applications used for developing financial and operational forecasts, budgets, and delivering operational financial reporting. Beyond day-to-day system maintenance and end-user support, you will collaborate with stakeholders to elevate our Oracle system by driving improvements and transformational changes in our planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. Own all administration activities for Oracle EPM which encompass: Supporting multiple planning and reporting applications and cross function management of system administration team within the technology organization. Develop deep understanding of company hierarchies and how they work within FP&A reporting (i.e., income statement, balance sheet, and KPI's). Maintain the overall EPM production environment of Hybrid Planning (BSO) & Reporting (ASO). Manage data load process and forms. Support month-end reporting cycles including off business hours and weekends, as required. Provide innovative reporting solutions using Narrative Reporting tool by leveraging built in functionalities, such as, books, batches, and notes. Manage security and user administration. Conduct testing, including system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing. Coordinate between technical teams, business functions, and system integrators to drive progress as new functionality is implemented. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation including design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guides
