Responsibility

In this role, you’ll lead and mentor a strong team providing resources and technical help to sophisticated customer issues!. Improve team performance through selection and hiring, onboarding new hires, effective coaching, team building, motivate and engage team members, training, performance management and salary administration of multiple functions. Achieves performance and productivity expectations of team/department. Identifies, analyzes and collaborates with appropriate representatives to resolve escalated situations and provide guidance to team members for resolution. Uses creativity, problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge to successfully negotiate and arrive at solutions to retain at risk customers. May lead projects and initiatives that span across multiple departments. For Principal Asset Management positions, you’ll need to follow an Investment Code of Ethics related to personal and business conduct as well as personal trading activities for you and members of your household
