Responsibility

Create and maintain detailed financial forecasts for design & construction projects, accounting for all relevant cost factors. Provide insights into long-term financial expenditures (real estate, design, entitlements, easements, utility infrastructure implications, long-lead equipment) ensuring that the department can effectively communicate these financial implications to the broader business. Monitor project progress against financial benchmarks and provide variance analysis, allowing for timely forecast updates and improved cash forecasting. Analyze the financial impact of property taxes, utility costs, and other regulatory requirements. Track and analyze Customer Installation costs to ensure accurate expenditures, billing, and recovery rates. Support management in evaluating and approving non-recurring customer installation expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting, operations, sales, procurement, and product management to ensure alignment of financial objectives and strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide contextual insights with financial reporting. Conduct detailed financial analysis of Value-Added Services initiatives and vendor changes to assess their viability and potential return on investment. Provide recommendations for optimizing the use of professional services based on financial data and industry benchmarks. Coordinate accurate and comprehensive deal-kits cost-template updates and margin analysis. Identify areas where margins can be improved through cost reductions or pricing adjustments. Support the sales and operations teams in structuring deals that maximize financial returns while meeting customer needs. Analyze labor cost data to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization. Perform Other Duties As Required And Assigned
