Responsibility
You will also help support the general US warehouse operations. Helping the warehouse with new SKU set ups and reviewing warehouse metrics and performance, amongst many other supporting tasks. This fast-paced role will enable you to take ownership for your own area of responsibility and have the opportunity to always look for ways of improvement. Process and oversee our B2B orders from start to finish, delivering on time, in full, meeting key account compliance and delivery requirements, including label production and obtaining booking slots. Act as liaison between our freight forwarder, the US warehouse inbound receipts team and our UK based operations team to ensure all inbounds are correctly received, inbound in a timely manner and stored as appropriate, with all relevant documentation and systems updates. Act as liaison between with our US warehouse team on the ground and our UK based Operations team to monitor and address order exceptions and general queries quickly rectifying any issues. Support with warehouse QBR meetings. Engage with monthly inventory reconciliations to support with system and warehouse inventory accuracy. Supporting with the introduction of new products and set up of new SKU's and ensuring the warehouses are ready for product launches. Monitor internal Elvie systems to ensure order status is accurately recorded and order flow between the Elvie systems and the warehouse is error free and accurate. Reviewing warehouse invoices, and working in conjunction with the UK team to identify cost saving initiatives. Produce key account and order reports to assist the team improve our service solutions an processes. Use and understand several different Warehouse Management Systems and customer portals. Liaise with the Finance team to support operational chargebacks, and submit chargeback claims. Create and maintain standard operating procedures to accurately record current processes

General Summary: You will be joining the operations team, working closely with our UK based Fulfillment and Logistics teams to ensure that all facets of Elvie's fulfillment operations, including US retail and 828 accounts, alongside D2C fulfillment, receive the best in class service. With expanding 828 relationships across the US and exciting product launches comingsoon, there's never a dull day supporting the delivery of this account. We will look to you to ensure smooth delivery of all orders on time, as well as ensuring our key systemsand relevant personnel are kept up to date.
