Greet Clients as They Enter the Office. Open Files in our Web-Based Software System. Prepare Settlement Packages. Clear and Maintain Settlement Rooms. Monitor and order office supplies. Run errands as-needed. Take initiative to organize and improve office functions. Answer and forward calls to the corporate main phone number

Industry experience is encouraged, but not necessary to apply. As an Operations Assistant/Admin, the successful applicant will need strong interpersonal skills, drive, organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team to accomplish complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
