Responsibility

General Description: A candidate for this position would be responsible for: Assist in weekly payroll process. Duties involve employee data audit/reconciliation. Cross-train on other transnational accounting processes, primarily Payroll. Responsibilities and Duties: General office and administrative functions Maintain DOT records including DQ files for Ops/Shop and both transfer stations Maintaining employee files for auditing/disciplinary needs. Coordinating various office events and projects Monitoring and maintaining office supplies Assist in preparation of safety presentations Various filing and data entry Manage and maintain relationships with outside Vendors Complete New Hire On boarding for all Operation Hires Assist in projections/budgeting and track spending to stay on track Handle Operations payments and PO’s. Schedule, Verify, and Report back Random Drug Testing for Employees Help to train new supervisors in workday (payroll, raises, and terminations) Help to train new supervisors in their part of Accident/Injury forms…etc. Verify and input all driver vacations and sick time Driver attendance tracking – present all facts (violations/previous write ups/conversations) back to Ops Manager Uploading and closing out Operations tasks in the Cube. General administrative tracking of Osha 300 Log, accidents, injuries, inventory. Maintain the Seniority List for Union employees Find and supply information to lawyers for outstanding lawsuits

Waste Control, a Waste Connections company. Is hiring for an Operations Admin in Longview, Washington. This position will work Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The Hourly Wage is $20.79/HR.
