Responsibility

Document scrutiny & collection of applications for Passport processing. Collection of visa applications & document scrutiny for visa processing, attestation & legalization services. Biometrics capture (Photo & Fingerprints). Cash collection & POS entry. Client facing – answering queries, advising applicants, managing disputes. Handle customer/applicant queries personally or else through email, telephone. Handle cash and bank-related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy. Record and maintain all the application data. Also, Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the CRM with zero errors. Ensure all the administration and logistics of passport delivery to Embassy/ applicant / logistic company etc. Maintain compliance with the standard operating procedures, manuals, etc. without deviation in the process. Intimate Inform the applicants about the available Value-Added Services and ensure upselling of Value-Added Service options to applicants/ customers. Encourage the applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the Application Center. Ensure that the entire task is completed within the mandated turnaround time. Assist the Deputy Manager/Team Lead/Operations Manager in the execution of any new projects and other ISO compliances. Ensure judicious use of natural resources. Adhere to the environmental health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization. Other duties as assigned
