Responsibility

Position Summary: The Bell person provides exceptional service to guests upon arrival and departure by assisting with luggage, offering information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and ensuring a positive first impression. This role also involves driving the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from local destinations, contributing to a seamless guest experience through attentive and courteous service. Scheduling: This is an On-Call/Part-Time position that requires open availability to work various days, including weekends and holidays, both AM and PM shifts. Shifts are scheduled as needed to support operational demands. Specifically, the Bellperson/Shuttle driver role will be responsible for, but not limited to;. Greeting guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, offering luggage cart, assisting with loading of luggage and check-in procedures. Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services along the way. Assist with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, ensuring the safe handling of guest belongings, and answering guest questions. Provide information about hotel facilities and services, local attractions, dining options, and current events to enhance the guest experience. Manage deliveries, informing guests of packages and assisting with luggage storage. Assist with special events and group arrivals as needed. Drive the hotel shuttle van to transport guests to and from local destinations, following designated routes and strictly adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell stand area, and hotel vehicles. All associates are expected to perform any other duties as requested by management to support other departments and/or operational requirements
