Responsibility

We're searching for a diligent, full-time office administrator to provide administrative support to our team. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Work daily with programs like Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office with strength in accounting and/or paralegal detailed work. Client service is the pinnacle of what we do- must enjoy working with people. Provide administrative support to financial advisors. Prepare detailed client paperwork with precision. Manage and update financial databases and spreadsheets. Coordinate meetings and appointments for financial professionals. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and documents. Work independently creating priority lists and organizing financial records and files. Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, shredding, data entry, and basic office maintenance
