Responsibility

You'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Philadelphia office along with being the main point of contact for operational needs for our remote employees. You'll play a pivotal role in planning company events and supporting the Executive Team for different administrative requests. The ideal person understands an office environment is key to employee engagement and happiness and can be proactive in making our office welcoming for employees (remote employees included!) and clients alike. Provide front desk reception coverage including handling phone calls, emails & distributing messages, and receiving/greeting all employees and visitors in a professional and warm manner. Manage office administration budget(s). Collect and distribute all incoming mail to appropriate person. Manage the ordering of all necessary office supplies. Assist the Executive Team in scheduling company, team, and miscellaneous meetings along with administrative tasks. Assist IT in facilitating shipping of employee equipment. Help purchase and ship employee & client gifts. Order weekly office lunches and ad hoc meals for client/employee visits. Help coordinate travel and event planning for employees visiting the office and two large company gatherings a year: along with ad hoc visits. Organizing building maintenance to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order. Reporting office progress to executive team and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
