Responsibility

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the condominium association. This role involves coordinating with residents, vendors, and the management team to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents. Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist with the move-in and move-out process. Issue Access Devices. Administrative Duties:. Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Vendor Coordination:. Liaise with vendors and service providers. Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work, in addition to the maintenance technician. Ensure compliance with contracts and service agreements as directed by the Property Manager. Record Keeping:. Maintain accurate and organized records of all association activities. Manage filing systems, (digital). Communication:. Prepare and distribute newsletters, notices, and other communications to residents. Update the association's website. Coordinate with the management team to ensure consistent communication
