They are the main PCard user for this office and purchases include items for Commencement, general office supplies, etc. They ensure all purchases comply with budgetary policy, maintain and monitor the budgets throughout the fiscal year, review purchases to ensure the correct Org is charged, etc. This individual works closely with the Registrar to ensure compliance with all University regulations and FERPA
