Responsibility
Generate reports as requested by management to be utilized daily/weekly. Answer calls and emails in a timely manner. Manage supplier orders through Peckurement (daily/as needed). Respond to requests of warehouse employees per manager request/approval. Responsible for time and attendance reports ensuring absence/late and PTO is accurate. Keeping and maintaining inventory of all office supplies and uniforms. Placing orders for employee uniforms, vendor communication and distribution of uniforms. Manage all departments data to complete shortages report. Produce, distribute, and log company checks as needed. Act as the main liaison for Vendor/Supplier communication. Overseeing janitorial staff. Unboxing all incoming packages to Main Office. Collaborate with Office Admin’s at Head Office and 1055 Warehouse. Request printed FedEx shipping labels from department for parcels. Monitor and respond to front doorbell. Manage Pallet truck collection for goods-in. Transport goods between company buildings using Wren vehicle. Manage warehouse music and canteen television. Collect and distribute mail. Complete special projects for management as needed
