Responsibility
The Office Administrator position in Tamworth, NH will manage customer accounts, process purchase orders, schedule shipments, and oversee customer vendor portal systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. Customer & Order Management:. Manage customer accounts and vendor portals while building and maintaining relationships. Receive and process purchase orders, resolving discrepancies as needed. Schedule order shipments with freight carriers and coordinate with customers. Invoice purchase orders, monitor payments, and ensure accuracy. Excel Data Management:. Utilize Excel for tasks such as logging purchase orders, daily production, and shipment records. Perform simple Excel functions: SUM, COUNT, AVERAGE, create worksheets, link data, and generate charts. Monitor inventory levels and prepare month-end/year-end reports. Weigh log trucks and maintain accurate logs. Oversee Workers' Compensation first reports of injury and manage OSHA reporting. Renew licenses, permits, and coordinate inspections to ensure compliance. Order office and inventory supplies and organize safety meetings. Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally. Perform data entry, scanning, faxing, copying, and filing tasks. Sort mail and greet visitors in a welcoming manner. Maintain overall office organization and prioritize tasks to align with company and customer needs
