Robert half has partnered with a locally owned and operated growing business seeking an Office Admin to join their team in Mauldin, SC. The Office Admin will be the first point of contact for our office, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining an efficient administrative service. Responsibilities:• Greet, direct, and assist visitors professionally• Manage and coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings• Create, update, and manage patient records in compliance with privacy laws and office procedures• Assist with billing procedures and manage office budgets• Maintain inventory of office supplies• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as requiredCreating, updating, and managing patient records in compliance with privacy laws and medical office procedures.Liaise with interventionists, contractors, parents, and community representatives• Provide secretarial services such as minute-taking, drafting letters, and sorting/mail distributions• Maintain clean and orderly condition of the office at all times• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks.
